About Us

Schwalbacher Brewing started as an idea in a barrack’s room. Maybe it started even further back then that, in the streets of Germany.

Colin and CheyAnne Schwalbach are the owners of Schwalbacher Brewing. Colin’s love for beer began in Germany, where he tried many different kinds of beers. He started to appreciate the craft of brewing and he tried the standard beers found around Germany. As Colin got older, he joined the military and traveled to many different places around the USA. As he tried more beers, he formed his own ideas on what kind of beer he would make if he had his own brewery. He gathered different recipes and brewed different variations of those recipes to come up with his own unique beers. This brewery is the fruit of those labors. Come and enjoy a beer with us!
